Top Ten U.S. Kayak Fishing Destinations of 2012

Not to long ago, I posted about my Kayak Fishing Destination Bucket list.  With a combination of local, regional, and even exotic locations, I do want to some day kayak fish each of these places.

Well, remember the 2012 Kayak Anglers Choice Awards? One of the categories was for the Kayak Fishing Location of the Year.  The Devils River and Lady Bird Lake (I am proud to say that they are both Texas locations) took first and second place, respectively.

I was approached by YakAngler.com to write about the Devils River for article they were doing on the Top 10 Kayak Fishing Locations of 2012 (as chosen in the 2012 Kayak Anglers Choice Awards.)  Well...the article is out, and you need to read it.  I may be amending my Bucket List soon.
